1. ‘Home’ for the native american
children living in boarding schools, is a place where they can be free. They
dream of this place when they are dreaming and they want to go there in real
life.
2. The Children are taught to embrace
the American culture and they have to give up their own traditions. The
students get punished if they don’t obey the rules, but they often don’t know
what they are doing wrong. This makes them very insecure and often results in
problems later in their lives.
